We are looking for only female candidate (fresher) for the role of Marketing and business development executive for our Beauty and wellness brand. Young candidates with pleasant personalities, dynamic, honest, ready to work under pressure and desire to attain goals are welcome.

Key areas of responsibilities

•  

• She will be the center head and will be managing other staffs. Work with staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Front office management and daily bookkeeping.

•  

• Responsible for making new customers by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential customers. Develop a good relationship with new clients.

•  

• Meet targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.

•  

• Maintaining of client database and generating of new database. Prepare worthy reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

•  

• Ability to network and create conducive business relationship with prospects to secure business for the organization.

•  

• Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product.

•  

• Present an image that mirrors the organization. Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.

•  

• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

•  

• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and sales and communication channels.

•  

• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

•  

• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

•  

• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

•  

• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.

UG -BBA /Graduate Degree in hotel management and hospitality

 

PG- NOT mandatory. MBA preferred.

Basic Tasks in the job:

•  

• Apply cosmetics and skin treatments according to customer’s need and skin type.

•  

• Do facials, manicure and pedicure to customers

•  

• Cut, trim and design hair. Perform hair strengthening and any hair beautification according to the customer’s desire. Hair colouring, oil massage on hair, and hair spa.

•  

•  Mehndi and nail art expertise.

•  

•  Foot and hand massage.

•  

•  Advise good products and in trend styles.

•  

•  Assuring that the customer is getting a good service

 

Education and Training Requirements:
 

A graduate of vocational course in cosmetology and any other related course. ONLY FRESHER LADIES CANDIDATE NEEDED.
Skills and Competency Requirements:

•  

• Must have wide knowledge and expertise in hair cutting and cosmetology.

•  

• Knowledge in cutting different hair styles.

•  

• Must have knowledge in applying make up

•  

• Knowledge in manicure and pedicure

•  

• Must know how to use different salon equipment used in hair treatment, straightening, etc.

•  

• Must have good communication skills. 

 

Career Advancement:

 

Special training sessions in and out of the city. Highly skilled Beautician can be promoted as the Salon Supervisor or Manager in the long run. She could get opportunities to work in another city salon in the future.
