At Ubtan Wellness, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated information from our Salon@Home platform, you can submit a request below.

How to Request Deletion

Please send an email to connect@ubtan.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address, or provide the following details:

• Your Registered Mobile Number (used for login)

• Your Full Name

Alternatively, if your website developer can add a simple 3-box contact form here (Name, Phone Number, Message), users can submit it right on the page.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your request, Ubtan Wellness will permanently delete the following information from our active servers:

• Profile Information: Your name, email address, and phone number.

• Saved Addresses: Any saved home or work addresses used for booking our salon services in Guwahati.

• Account Preferences: Your app settings and saved configurations.​

Data Retention Policy (What We Must Keep)

Please note that under Indian financial and commercial regulations, Ubtan Wellness is legally required to retain certain data even after account deletion. This includes:

• Transaction & Billing History: Records of past bookings, invoices, and payments made for salon services will be archived securely for taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance purposes.

• Dispute Resolution: Data necessary to resolve any active customer support tickets or ongoing disputes.​

Timeframe

Once a valid deletion request is received, our team will verify ownership of the account and permanently delete your personal data within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation message once the process is complete.
